How Tide Cleaners’ laundry subscription service works

Step 1

Sign up for monthly wash & fold subscription and choose a plan.

Step 2

Download the “Tide Cleaners Delivery” app and find your closest lockers.

Step 3

Fill your Tide Cleaners bag with dirty laundry and place inside any open locker. First time? Use any disposable bag.

Step 4 Tap “New Order” in the app, enter your locker number, and tap “Place order.”

Step 5 We'll send you the locker number and code when your order is ready for pick-up!

Wash & Fold Subscription Frequently Asked Questions

How do I begin a new wash & fold subscription or make changes to my current subscription?

You can begin or make changes to wash and fold subscriptions directly in the Tide Cleaners app. In the app, select the cog icon in the top left corner and then choose "Subscription" from the main menu. From the list of wash & fold subscription plans available in your city, tap your desired plan. Then, tap "PURCHASE PLAN" to see a summary of your upcoming charges and to chose which of your saved payment methods you would like to use for your recurring monthly transactions. Once you select "START SUBSCRIPTION," your new wash & fold subscription plan will be active and we will be ready and waiting to pick up this month's laundry!

How can I contact support if I need to?

Is there a minimum order size?

No, we currently do not have a minimum order size.

What happens if I go over the pounds in my plan?

No problem. Should your usage exceed the amount of your plan, you will be charged the standard per pound rate for any pounds over your plan amount ($2.49/lb).

Can I combine my laundry plan with other discounts?

Sorry, but our laundry plans are such a great deal that they may not be combined with any other offers. Other discounts and offers will be applied to any charges not associated with your laundry plan (upgrades, dry cleaning, special services, etc.). Discounts can not be used to purchase laundry plans.
