Subscription Policy

The Tide Cleaners (“we", "us", or "our") subscription offers the convenience of purchasing a pre-determined amount of wash and fold laundry services each month. Your subscription is valid only at the Tide Cleaners location at which you signed up and may not be used at other Tide Cleaners locations. Your subscription is only for wash and fold laundry services and will not be honored for dry cleaning or other services. Wash and fold services include garments and household items that do not need pressed including pants, shorts, shirts, T-shirts, undergarments, socks, sheets, and towels. Tide Cleaners reserves the right to refuse service of an item, without notice and at our sole discretion.

The cost of your subscription will be based on the subscription level you signed up for and will be charged at the standard rate for such subscription level on the day of the month on which your subscription renews.

Your subscription includes wash and fold laundry services for a set quantity of bag or pounds of laundry, as specified in the subscription level you signed up for. Any amount of wash and fold laundry services you utilize over your subscription’s specified quantity will be charged at the standard rate charged by your Tide Cleaners location. If your subscription is based on laundry weight, the weight of your laundry will be determined by your Tide Cleaners location. If your subscription is based on bags of laundry, you must use the bag provided by your Tide Cleaners location.

From time to time, to the extent legally permitted, we may offer discounted and/or free trials of certain subscriptions for specified periods of time without payment or with discounted payment. If we offer you a discounted or free trial, the specific terms of that trial will be provided in the marketing materials describing the particular trial or at registration.

Once your discounted or free trial ends, we will begin billing your designated payment method on a recurring basis at the then applicable price for your subscription (plus any applicable taxes and other charges) for as long as your subscription continues, unless you cancel your subscription prior to the end of your trial. Instructions for canceling your subscription are as described herein. Please note that you will not receive a notice from us that your discounted or free trial has ended or that the paid portion of your subscription has begun. We reserve the right to modify or terminate discounted and/or trials at any time, without notice and in our sole discretion

If the payment method you provide cannot be verified, is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled. A valid credit card must be stored on file for subscriptions. Cash payments are not accepted for subscription services. We reserve the right to refuse to process or complete any transaction, and to cancel any transaction or subscription, in our sole discretion.

You agree that all information that you provide to us (or our third-party payment processor) will be accurate, complete and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any other user of your subscription/account and/or any credit card or other payment mechanism issued to you, including without limitation any applicable taxes and processing charges, if any, relating to such purchases and transactions. We will automatically charge your credit card on the same day each month following your subscription activation.

Subscriptions are limited to individuals who can purchase with a permitted payment method.

When you register and set up your subscription plan for Tide Cleaners wash and fold laundry service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that (a) Tide Cleaners (or our third party payment processor) is authorized to charge you each month (in addition to any applicable taxes and other charges) for as long as your subscription continues, and (b) your subscription is continuous until you cancel it or we suspend or stop providing access to the services in accordance with these terms.

If any problems arise with the payment method associated with your subscription, no additional wash and fold laundry services will be provided to you or your account until the problem has been resolved.

Your subscription will renew monthly and will remain in effect until you cancel your subscription. To cancel your subscription, you must contact the same Tide Cleaners store at which you signed up for the subscription. Subscriptions can be canceled up to 24 hours prior to renewal. When you cancel your subscription, pending orders will be completed and returned. You will be responsible for all charges (including any applicable taxes and other charges) incurred prior to the cancellation of your subscription.

Tide Cleaners reserves the right to change the Wash and Fold Laundry Subscription Policy at any time without notice. We may terminate your subscription at our sole discretion without notice.
