How does it work?

Put your laundry in a disposable bag and place it in a designated drop-boxes. Log into the Tide Cleaners app to select your service (Dry Clean & Press, Wash & Fold, Repair & Alterations) and add special instructions as necessary.

You’ll no longer have to drop everything to rescue your clothes from the washer or dryer before another resident does the honors for you—you'll get a text and an email when your laundry is ready for pickup. Tide packs them in a complimentary personalized garment bag that doubles as a laundry bag for your next order.

What services are available?

Wash & Fold

Use this service for your day-to-day laundry, athletic wear, towels, and sheets. Honestly, it's worth it to get someone to fold that fitted sheet for you. Tide Cleaners uses premium products including Tide detergent and Downy fabric softener, scented or unscented.

Dry Clean & Press

The most popular option, Tide’s dry cleaning service is the solution for those high-maintenance garments in your closet. Suits, dresses, blouses, and sweaters are cleaned, pressed, and returned on hangers, ready for the next event.

Repairs & Alterations

Tide’s team will replace missing buttons, fix broken zippers, mend tears, and much more. Plus, you can rely on their alteration experts to make the latest addition to your wardrobe the perfect fit. Simply add a note in the special instructions field on the app and we'll make the adjustments.
