Enrollment & Membership
How do I sign up for the rewards program?
Sign up for Rewards can be done through our app! Download the app here. Log in or create an account, tap “Wallet” from the bottom navigation, tap “Rewards”, and tap the enrollment button.
Is there a cost to join the program?
No! The program is free.
Earning Rewards
How do I earn points?
Points are earned with each order. For every dollar you spend, you receive a Reward Point! Your points will be reflected after payment is completed for your order.
How do I earn a Reward?
Rewards are earned once you hit a point milestone. Once you are enrolled, your App home screen will have a tracker that allows you to see how many points you have and how many you need to earn a Reward.
Using Rewards
How can I redeem my points?
Your points will result in a Reward once your milestone is met! The Reward can then be added to your wallet in order to be applied to an order. Follow your progress on the App home screen and keep track of any Rewards you’ve earned in the “Rewards” section of your App Wallet.
How can I use my rewards?
Your rewards must be added to your virtual wallet by tapping the “add” button on the reward. Any available rewards that have not already been added to your wallet will be shown in the “Rewards” section under the “Rewards” tab. Once added to your wallet, the coupon will be applied to the next applicable order!
Where can I see the rewards already added to my wallet?
Tap “Wallet” from your bottom navigation bar, then tap “Coupons”.
Can I combine rewards with other offers or discounts?
Yes, rewards can be stacked with other coupons.
Account & Tracking
How can I check my points balance?
Your points balance can be viewed on your app’s home screen and the “Rewards” section of your app’s Wallet.
Can I manage my rewards online or through an app?
Only through the Tide Cleaners App. Download the app here.
How can I see how many reward points an order earns?
In the Rewards section of the App, tap on the “History” tab, and you will see orders that have earned points in addition to any rewards earned.
Program Policies
Do points expire?
No, points do not expire. However, we do reserve the right to remove any points if your account remains inactive for 6 consecutive months. Read more in our Terms & Conditions.
Do rewards expire?
Yes, rewards expire 90 days after they are earned.
What happens to my rewards if I don’t use the service for a while?
We reserve the right to remove any rewards earned if your account remains inactive for 6 consecutive months. Read more in our Terms & Conditions.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No, transfering points is not available.
